Chris Hurst is a racer who has run in sprint karts, autocross, and endurance racing. He has driven over 250 different cars in competition, worked in shops that built 1,000 hp competition cars, and managed a private collection of exotic and rare sports cars in Montecito. Chris was a driving coach at the Porsche Experience Center in Los Angeles, has coached famous musicians and Hollywood stuntmen, and he raced with John Morton, Steve Nichols, and Steve O’Hara. In addition to his driving experience, Chris is a writer and a blogger who inspires fellow automotive enthusiasts on a daily basis. He was also in the Ford vs Ferrari movie that recently came out in theaters.

Ed Cholakian owns All Cadillacs, where for over 40 years he has been at the forefront of collecting and restoring Cadillacs from the 40s and 50s. At one time Ed had one of the largest collecting in the world of Cadillacs from that era. He’s one of those people who is extremely kind and generous with his time and resources to help those in need. Today his business, located in Las Vegas, Nevada, has been providing Cadillac parts for over 15 years. His company attracts ‘car people’ from all over the world, some just to see the incredible size of his inventory of new (NOS) and used Cadillac parts. Ed has also been recognized by President Reagan and California Governors for his work in hospitals and the Los Angeles police department. He had a hand creating the SEMA show and came up with many new innovative marketing ideas in the automotive industry.

Bill Windham is the Director of the Saratoga Classic Car Auction. His career experience includes being the Vice President of the Classic Car Division Murphy Auctions, Auctions America, RM Auctions, he ran a successful Classic Car Export Business, worked at Brumos Porsche, and spent time working with major German manufacturers at the dealer level. Bill grew up around racing and sports cars and he had an uncle who owned a British Restoration Shop. His experience with motorsports included being the PR Director for the Reading Fairgrounds, a famous Dirt Track, we worked at Penske Racing, in Indy, NASCAR, and North American F1. Bill was with the Works March Indy Team, with Mike Skinner in NASCAR, and he drove Formula Vee, Formula Ford, and Formula Atlantic SCCA.

As an Accredited Senior Appraiser (A.S.A.) member of the American Society of Appraisers, he has worked for clients across the world on the acquisition, sale, and valuation of classic vehicles, traveling the US and Europe attending major events, rallies and auctions. Donald was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Audrain, LLC and now leads all the company’s non-profit and for-profit initiatives, overseeing the Audrain Automobile Museum, Audrain’s Newport Concours d’Elegance & Motor Week and Audrain Motorsport. No doubt you’ve seen Donald on CNBC’s Primetime television show ‘Jay Leno’s Garage where he co-hosts the ‘Assess & Caress’ segment with Jay Leno.

Mike Piera is a racer whose favorite marque is Porsche. Since 1998, he has participated in numerous events over the years in Porsche Club America Club racing, historic racing, autocross, Grand-Am GT3 Cup, SCCA Regionals, Vintage Trans-Am, and many others. Mike has driven early 911s, 911 RS cars, and 997 Carrera GT3 Cup cars but his passion isn’t only the German marque. He also has a 1951 Crosley Hot Shot, a ’74 Europa, a 2001 Viper GTS, a 2008 GT3 Cup Grand Am car, a 2016 Audi S3, and a 2004 Touareg to get him to the track. In addition to cars, Mike is a life-long electronics and sound fanatic who deals in vintage guitars and amps, thus his nickname the Analog Man.

Laurina Esposito is the daughter of renowned Porsche restoration expert, John Esposito. She grew up learning, working on, and driving Porsche Cars. Five years ago, her career was down a different path before landing in the family business. Laura worked in high-end fashion and in the music entertainment industry where she was a professional singer and spent 6 plus years in Las Vegas singing in shows on the strip. She returned to Los Angeles to temporarily work with her father and when he nearly died, she found herself running the business. She started Women in Porsche where she aligned herself with other women in the Porsche world and the effort has grown world-wide. Today her organization is represented in Germany, the UK, Russia, France, Australia, and other countries. Peter Grimsdale is a British novelist and award-winning television producer who has made shows for BBC, PBS, and Discovery.  As a life-long car enthusiast, he has made in-depth films about the British and Japanese auto industries, profiles of Stirling Moss, Alec Issigonis. and many other automotive heroes. His first book about cars is titled ‘High Performance – When Britain Ruled the Roads’, published by Simon & Schuster. Peter has had a long association with America, going back to 1974 during his time as a high school exchange student in New Jersey at Georgetown University.  He got his break into broadcasting as an intern for Pacifica Radio in Washington DC. The mural in Peter’s photo was painted by Mark Wickham, a lifelong artist who painted this image when he was only 17. Mark is now 81.

Aaron Weiss has been an avid automobile enthusiast all of his adult life acquiring his first collector car, a 1979 Rolls-Royce Camargue some twenty years ago. Currently, his collection totals 34 cars, many of which are CCCA Full Classics™. He has exhibited his cars at over 200 Concours and Club events throughout the United States, including twelve consecutive showings at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance. Aaron and his wife Valerie drove their 1933 Cadillac V16 Phaeton in the 2012 Tournament of Roses Parade. Aaron is a member of the Checkered Flag 200 at the Petersen Automotive Museum and serves on numerous regional and national automotive organizations. He also serves and supports many charity groups and boards.

Mandy McGee, a Duluth Minnesota native, didn’t discover her true passion for motorsports until her 30s when she attended her first track event as a novice student. Since that spring weekend in 2010, it’s been full speed ahead. After receiving her HPDE Instructor Certification from the BMW Car Club of America, in 2013, she served as an Instructor at BMW CCA events, as well as Acura NSX and NASA. In 2013, she stepped even further out of her comfort zone and competed in her first 8-hour Endurance Race at Brainerd International Raceway.  She was immediately hooked, so in 2016, Mandy earned her Competition License and has since raced with NASA, World Race League, Champ Car, Midwestern Council, PBOC, and Lucky Dog League at many major racetracks including Watkins Glen International, Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Thunderhill Raceway, Road America, Mid-Ohio, Sebring International Raceway, COTA, and Daytona International Raceway.

Brian Nilsen has been deeply involved in the Motorsports industry for over 40 years. For the last 20 years, he’s helped build a full-service multi-line powersports dealership in Bremerton, Washington titled Brothers Powersports at which he is the co-owner. He also operates a Motorsports Park, MotoWest, and serves as a Partner of Pac West MX, a multi-state Motocross series Promoters Group. Today he is fulfilling a lifelong dream to bring a state of the art, racetrack and multi-use facility to the Pacific Northwest and he’s calling it Circuit of the Northwest. This venue will be supporting both two-wheel and four-wheel motorsports. Brian has teamed up with the best-in-class designers, engineers, and experienced operators for this new track and facility. Located east of Bremerton, Washington, just a short ferry ride from Seattle, and a short drive north of Tacoma and Gig Harbor, where I live.

Pierre Hedary is a ‘Garagist’ who specializes in the rehabilitation of classic Mercedes Benz automobiles. His focus is on Mercedes that were developed and launched prior to 1990. His garage in Titusville, Florida is home base; however, he spends a lot of time traveling around the country servicing the classic Mercedes of enthusiastic owners and resolving difficult mechanical challenges. Pierre also provides Mercedes Benz sales commentary and auction analysis for past Cars Yeah guest, Keith Martin, at Sports Car Market Magazine. Stephen Serio is the President of Aston Martin of New England, Lotus Motorsports, and The Bond Group. He started his business in 1987 specializing in exporting right-hand drive 1960s Aston Martins back to the UK. Today, selling new Aston Martins and Lotus cars is about 10% of what he really does, which is sourcing, buying, and selling rare European classic cars. He has helped build some large and important Porsche, Ferrari, and Aston Martin collections over his many years in the business. Stephen’s goal is to keep his collection to about 12 cars, a goal he’s never been successful at. He is an avid 1000-mile rally driver, plays golf, does some shooting and spends time with his family. His first career was in advertising, television, and photography and he grew up outside of Boston.

John Fitzpatrick is a former English racing driver who is a two time European GT Champion, three-time Porsche Cup Winner and the 1980 USA IMSA Champion. Today he still works in motorsports as a consultant, working at corporate events, driver management and he still drives in vintage racing events. John’s been at the wheel since 1963 racing Mini Coopers and winning the British Saloon Car Championship in 1966. His career has taken him around the world and put him in the seat of numerous winning teams and cars and as co-driver to many of the biggest names in racing.  In his new book titled “Fitz: My Life at the Wheel,” he chronicles twenty-two years competing on the most famous circuits in the world in some of the most iconic cars of the 60, the 70s, and 80s.

Bill Warner is the chairman and founder of the Amelia Island Concours d’Elegance taking place Thursday, March 5 through Sunday, March 8, 2020. He is a lifelong racer, automotive photographer, collector, speaker, author, and all-around gearhead. He’s worked with cars his entire life and spent his career as an electrical engineer, serving in the Florida Air National Guard for 30 years. He has authored books and shot award-winning photography. Bill started racing in the last 70s and won three IMSA Media Challenges. He drove factory sponsored race cars for multiple marques and took part in the 1975 Cannonball Run. Keith Martin has been involved with the collector car hobby for more than thirty years as a writer, publisher, television commentator, and die-hard enthusiast. He is the publisher of Sports Car Market Magazine, a publication he founded 32 years ago. He launched a companion magazine American Car Collector 10 years ago. Keith’s columns on collecting and reviews of exotic cars have appeared in the New York Times. Keith has been an emcee at Pebble Beach, the Meadow Brook Concours, Concorso Italiano, the Kirkland Concours, the La Jolla Concours d’Elegance, Keels and Wheels, and many other events. Dan Davis has spent over 40 years of technical, process, and business experience in the automotive and electronics industries. He retired as the Director of Ford Racing Technology and before that his career spanned a wide base in the automotive sector. He spent time at General Motors as a project engineer. He was Chief Steward for the IndyCar series, President and CEO of the Miller Motorsports Park, and held numerous positions with Ford including procurement, manufacturing, strategic business, advanced powertrain products, engineering and more. While at Ford he served on the Board of Directors for three different companies.
