John Gardner is the host of two popular televisions shows on Velocity; Tech Garage and Motorhead Garage. John is an ASE master certified automotive technology instructor at Chipola College where his motto is “Outdo one another in showing honor”. He completed the General Motors ASEP, Associate of Science degree programs at Broward College and John worked for several years at General Motors as a lead technician. His communication skills and wide knowledge base led him to pursue a career in education completing further studies through Florida International University. His passion for the automotive trade has developed into training for much of the automotive industry.

Peter Wallman is a Consultant at Kidston SA Company located in Geneva, Switzerland. Kidston is a company that’s been in the automotive business for 30 plus years. Today, he works out of London as a consultant for the Kidston business in the United Kingdom. He has extensive knowledge of sports and racing cars from the 1950s and 60s. While in Milan, he consigned a fine selection of cars from the Laidlaw collection from Italy for the inaugural and record-breaking Automobiles of London Auction. One of his many career highlights was consigning the ex-Fangio 1956 Works Ferrari 290 MM to RM Sotheby’s New York Auction in 2015. Peter is also a dedicated enthusiast of classic Riva wooden boats. Some of his auto collection includes a 1961 Jaguar E-Type, a Ferrari 365 GT 2+2, and an original 1961 Riva Ariston.

Bruce McCallum is the owner of Epic-Exposure, a professional digital content creation business, where he is a photographer offering multi-faceted image creation focusing on action, adventure, and automobiles. His studio is 3,000 square feet plus a variety of mobile access platforms that allow for remote, difficult to reach, weather-impaired photo assignments. He shoots portraits to automobiles and offers an on-site large format printing service. Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest Bruce has worked in the fishing industry, raced motorcycles, was a long-time Microsoft employee; however, it was his passion for photography and automobiles and people where he focuses his time and talents today.

Derek DeBoer is a race car driver who currently drives for the Racers Group in a Porsche, Cayman GT4 Clubsport MR/Evo. He’s an Ashland, Oregon native who grew up in a family where racing and the love of cars was the center of everyday life. His grandfather raced on dirt car circuits and his father ran a Top Alcohol dragster. In college, Derek was a pro-level wakeboarder and is today part of a start-up company designing and manufacturing wakeskates. He started his racing career 18 years ago at Laguna Seca in a Formula Dodge. He’s raced in the Formula Renault Open Wheel Series and the ST class of Grand Am. Derek has won at Le Mans, had a top 10 finish at the Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona, ran multiple times at the 25 hours at Thunderhill, and competed in many IMSA Continental Tire Series races. He found a home racing in Aston Martins and Lamborghinis for The Racer’s Group and competed in the Pirelli World Challenge racing in both the GTS and Sprint X categories. His 2016 season included two wins at Road America and Utah Motorsports Campus and seven podium finishes at Laguna Seca, Circuit of the Americas, and Canadian Tire Motorsports Park. Jamie Kitman, a lawyer, is an award-winning journalist who writes about cars, the automobile industry for Automobile Magazine, for whom he has written a monthly column (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) for 25 years. The former US editor of England's CAR and Top Gear magazines, he's contributed to dozens of other publications, including The New York Times, Washington Post, LA Times, The Nation, GQ, Harper's, Men's Journal, and Newsweek. His report on The Secret History of Lead (gasoline) for The Nation won the IRE medal for investigative magazine reporting and his column for Automobile won the National Magazine Award for commentary, the only time a car magazine or car magazine author has ever won an award from the august editors' group who choose winners. The owner of dozens of old cars, Jamie is particularly fond of old Lotuses, Lancia, Rovers, MGs, Jaguars, Volvos, and Peugeots, but also owns a '68 International Travelall, a Saab and a Morris Minor pickup. Jamie recently set up a business that supplies cars (not just his own)  to movies and television programs shooting in New York, working recently on director Steven Spielberg's acclaimed film, The Post. Joe DiFiore is the owner of DiFiore’s Auto Detailing in Norwich, Connecticut. He’s been in business for over 30 years, is an IDA certified owner/operator and has cared for over 35,000 vehicles. What began as just another routine chore while growing up in Cleveland, turned in to a business when he was just 17 years old, and that was back in 1978. In 1983, he purchased a building for his detailing business and on August 14th, 1988, he opened that facility to continue to grow his company. Joe served in the US Submarine Force from 1979 until 1984, was the Southeastern Connecticut Chamber of Commerce Entrepreneur of the Year and is currently the Chair of the IDA Membership Committee.

A Roman Historian by training, Jon is embedded in the concours and museum communities, serving as a VIP/Sponsor show field tour guide, judge, or emcee at various concours, including Pebble Beach. He interned at the National Motor Museum in England, was a Docent at the Blackhawk Museum for nearly a decade and advised for the newly re-opened Petersen Museum in Los Angeles. Jason Tang, a photographer capturing shapes and lines of automobiles, has an innate sense for capturing every nuance of cars and has been doing so a for over 20 years. What began as a hobby developed into a full-fledged professional career. Through many years of working with a number of mentors, Jason sharpened and focused his skills. His lifelong fascination with cars and photography merged to create a career of passion. Jason has owned a number of special cars ranging from the relatively mundane to supercars. Currently, his garage holds marques from Audi, BMW, Porsche, McLaren, Toyota, and Ducati. I’ll also add that Jason is a friend of mine who lives up here in the Pacific Northwest who has photographed my iconic Porsche Turbo Orange Crush, and he is the first deaf guest to grace the Cars Yeah podcast.

Richard Thompson is a creative director & photographer in Los Angeles, California whose body of work includes automotive projects with marques such as BMW, Bentley, Chevrolet, Lexus, Mercedes Benz, Pagani Automobili, and a variety of personal projects focused on classic cars. He attended The Savannah College of Art and Design and it was at a race track down the road while he was shooting cars, where the drivers first asked if his images were for sale. Ingo Schmoldt has been photographing fantastic subjects since he was a teenager. His longtime love affair with automobiles has focused his artistic energies on cars, the people who own them, and the events at which they appear. Shooting for various magazines, Ingo has covered some of the most iconic motor events in the world including the Monterey Car Week, Villa d’Este and the Goodwood Revival. He’s also a regular at motorsport events including the 25 Hours of Thunderhill where he’s able to document many phases of the human condition along with the racing itself. His photography has spurred his unique artwork that starts with a photograph, but through digital manipulation, appear to be more of an illustration. Ingo is also starting a new company called Genau AutoWerks, which will assist people in selling their cars and will also produce video content, t-shirts, and other accessories.

Bob Merlis is the founder of FeralCars.com and its more recent offshoots, Feral Cars on Instagram and Feral Cars on Facebook.  Bob has had an ongoing career in the music industry dating back to the late ‘60s but his abiding interest in automobiles and automotive history dates back even further.  He is currently a contributing writer at Automobile Magazine where his Collectible Classic features run regularly.  He has been a regular contributor to Car and Driver and has also written for the New York Times, New West, Feature and served as Car Culture Editor for LA Style. He contributed automotive chapters to The Catalog of Cool (Warner Books) and its sequel, Too Cool (St Martins). He was the curator for The Petersen Auto Museum’s Cars and Guitars of Rock ‘n’ Roll exhibit in 2001 and, again, for Cars & Guitars of Rock ‘n’ Roll 2 in 2006.

Carson Lev is the founder of Redphin Productions, a licensing and marketing agency specializing in the automotive industry. Along with his son Aaron, their daily focus is the exclusive management of the brands and trademarks owned by some of the biggest companies and celebrity names in the automotive world. Their services include everything from marketing programs to conceptual design work. Growing up in Southern California Lev was immersed in the hot rod car culture. His early career included biomedical product development, computer technology and automotive design and manufacturing. His client list is vast and includes many international brands and accomplished builders and designers. Carson has hosted and been a featured guest on numerous hot rod and automotive related television and radio programs. He was inducted into the Inaugural Class for the Die-cast Hall of Fame in 2008 and was recognized as a Distinguished Alumni by California State University, Long Beach.

Aaron Hagar is an artist, designer, and entertainer and he is the owner of Rat Runners Garage in South Lake Tahoe, California. Rat Runners Garage is about the “Art of Resurrecting and Preserving Old Metal”. This is an art-based, hot rod and custom shop where he and his team create outrageous and over-the-top Rat Rods, motorcycles, painting, and original art. His focus is to pass along the love and passion of traditional hot rodding mixed with the modern lifestyle of Kustom Kulture. You’ll see Aaron on an upcoming episode Jay Leno’s Garage, and he’s also been working with Sammy Hagar’s Rock and Roll Road Trip. He’s the new host on Design, Cut, Build on YouTube Podcaster alongside  Brad Fanshaw and Matt D’Andrea on Shift & Steer.
