Cici Muldoon studied physics and finance at Princeton University and holds a phD in Experimental atomic and laser physics from Oxford University. She is a full member of the International Chief Judge Advisory Group known as ICJAG, for whom she acts as PR director, and is a steering committee member for the UK based Concours of Elegance at Hampton Court. Cici has previously judged at Pebble Beach, Cavallino Classic, Salon Privé, Schloss Dyck Masterpieces, Hampton Court, Le Zoute, and the Ferrari 70th Anniversary Concours. 

Shannon Edwards has been with the WD-40 Company for 19 years, holding a variety of roles including brand manager for the iconic blue and yellow can. While in her role as brand manager, Shannon Edwards oversaw numerous vehicle builds for the annual SEMA Show with SEMA Cares, the charity arm of the Specialty Equipment Market Association.
