Steven Melnick, his brother Jordan Melnick, and Keith Zang are three guys from New York City who share a passion for cars that lead them to create Classic Car Chasers. While each one pursue different careers, Steven in Finance, Jordan in accounting, and Keith in advertising, it’s their love of cars that was the catalyst for creating Classic Car Chasers. Their motto, “For The Love of Classics” comes from their shared passion so they created a website where they buy, sell, and promote classic cars by featuring special automobiles on their website that they find around the world. Their hobby is rapidly growing in to a following of enthusiasts where they connect people and classic cars.

Daniel Verwers is the owner of Seduction Motorsports in Chandler, Arizona. He started building cars at the age of 15 but it wasn’t until he was 27 that Daniel decided to turn his car hobby in to his career. He enrolled in college when he was only 15 as an engineering and architecture major and then half way through changed to finance and business. Years later we went back to his roots and today he designs and manufactures complete Porsche replicas of the iconic 550 Spyder, 356 Speedster, and 356 Coupe while adding his custom retro styling touches and modern sports car performance parts. Daniel gets to build peoples dreams one car at a time.

Bill Pack is an automotive photographer in Atlanta, Georgia who studied at the iconic Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, California. His photography is influences by art and the strong graphic lines of automobiles with a focus on lighting, texture, and design. Collectors and enthusiasts around the world know Bill’s images for their elegant looks, strong graphic lines, and his ability to create art through his images. Bill was guest #745 here on Cars Yeah and is back today to talk about his newest project, a spectacular book and Kickstarter campaign titled V-12-1. This is the inaugural collection of Bill’s automotive images, curated into a magnificent coffee table book. The campaign runs from October 12, 2017 through November 12.

Dr. Stephan Moran is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the Association for the Advancement of Automotive Medicine. In addition, he is certified in surgical critical care by the American Board of Surgery and is an instructor of Advanced Trauma Life Support. Stephan is an expert in the field of head injury from auto collisions, chest computed tomography, and motor vehicle collision blunt aortic injury. He is dedicated to research on automotive safety and has worked with the Mercedes-Benz Crash Injury Research & Engineering Network Center. Volvo Cars of North America chose Dr. Moran as the lead physician in the multimedia celebration for the 50th anniversary of the 3-point seat belt at the New York Auto Show. He was also an expert witness examining the issue of seat belts in school buses following the tragic 2006 school bus accident in Huntsville, Alabama.

David Silberkleit is Branford, Connecticut is known as the CFO, Chief Frogeye Officer at Bugeye Guy, the Bugeye Sprite Specialists. While in high school he bought his first Bugeye Sprite, way back in 1978. Fast-forward to 2007 when David founded the website bugeyeguy.com. Today, that’s where he buys, sells, builds, and restores these wonderful little British cars. In 2015 he built one of the world’s only gold metal concours Bugeye Sprite and that car was certified at the Gettysburgh Austin Healy Club Enclave. Along with cars David has a parts business as well, where he helps other Bugeye owners keep their special cars running and looking their best.

Nick Dawes is the Vice President of Special Collections and Head of Automobilia at Heritage Auctions in New York. He has over 40 years in the business of antiques and is a specialist in bespoke mascots by Rene Lalique. After growing up in England, he has lived in New York since 1979, following a career as an antiques dealer, auctioneer, author and university professor, and a former auctioneer and Department Head at Sotheby’s.  Nick is the author of four standard works on decorative arts, most recently 'Bespoke Mascots' with photographer and past Cars Yeah guest Michael Furman.  This definitive book on the subject includes Michael Furman's photographs of all Rene Lalique glass mascots.  Nick says he "got into the automobile world through the radiator cap".  He is familiar to many from over 20 years of regular appearances as an expert appraiser on 'Antiques Roadshow' for PBS.
