Cars Yeah with Mark Greene

Sean Tucker is the great-grandson of automotive visionary Preston Tucker and the Co-Owner of Preston Tucker LLC. He is an Automotive Engineer by trade and has over 10 years of experience in design, development, and manufacturing with some of the world’s leading car and truck brands. Sean currently works as a Quality Engineer at a leading truck manufacturer and consults at Ida Automotive and Rob Ida Concepts. One of Sean’s current projects includes assisting in the design and fabrication of the Tucker Torpedo concept car – a project led by Rob Ida to build the car that Sean’s great- grandfather, Preston Tucker, imagined before the Tucker ’48 but was never able to build. Rob Ida has been a guest here on Cars Yeah.

He is the recipient of the Outstanding Automotive Historian Award from the Washington State Hot Rod Hall of Fame. David is the first Cars Yeah guest to return to the show and I’m proud to say he accepted a story from me about a trip I took with my son up the California Coast in our Beck Spyder.
